Terms and Conditions
Magic Apple offers a 30 day unlimited service program. In the 30 day period following the install of the phone system/ other services, Magic Apple will make as many changes or fix any issues free of charge. After the initial 30 day period the customer will need to have a service agreement in place with Magic Apple or an hourly rate will be applied to any and all work performed by Magic Apple. It is the sole digression of Magic Apple to perform any and all service to the customer based on the terms of the service agreement.
Warranties.
Magic Apple does not make any warranties, either express or implied by statute or law, with respect to the Services. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF THE AGREEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MAGIC APPLE BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PERFORMANCE THEREOF. FURTHERMORE, WHILE PROVIDER BELIEVES THAT THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS USED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES ARE ACCURATE AND CORRECT, PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR CORRECTNESS OF SUCH MATERIALS AND DOES NOT WARRANT THE RESULTS OF THE SERVICES PERFORMED HEREUNDER, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MAGIC APPLE DOES NOT WARRANTY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FOR SYSTEMS BEYOND THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
